Renaissance Center Hosts Easter Parade Champagne Brunch March 24

The public is invited to an Easter Parade Champagne Brunch on Sunday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Joliet Junior College Renaissance Center, 214 North Ottawa Street in Joliet.
 
The brunch menu will include:
• Chicken noodle soup
• Omelet station: made to order omelets with an array of fresh ingredients
• Bacon and sausage
• Hash brown potatoes
• French toast with assorted syrups
• Mostaccioli with red sauce
• Sliced roasted beef with au jus
• Chef Bill’s famous beer-battered fried chicken
• Whipped potatoes with gravy
• Corn niblets
• Tossed salad with assorted dressings
• Seven layer salad
• Fruit salad with dipping sauce
• Assorted rolls with whipped butter
• An array of cookies, brownies and other scrumptious desserts
• Orange and cranberry juice, champagne and mimosas
• Coffee and iced tea service
The price for adults is $12.95, and children 12 and under $9.95. There is no charge for children under three. Price does not include sales tax or gratuity.
