Enrollment Open for Final Two Summer Sessions at JJC

Summer classes are a perfect option for students who want to catch up or get ahead in their college coursework, and there is still a chance to do that this summer at Joliet Junior College.  Enrollment is currently open for JJC’s second and third summer sessions that begin June 9 and July 7. Classes are available online and at JJC’s three campuses in Joliet and Romeoville and three education centers in Joliet, Frankfort and Morris.

If already a JJC student, students can go directly to eResources to register for classes. If someone is interested in taking classes but has not yet applied to JJC, or it has been more than one year since they took classes at the college, they will need to first complete the application process at www.jjc.edu/info/admissions.

During the summer semester, the college emphasizes flexible options for the various audiences it serves: continuing full-time and part-time students, new students, high school students and recent high school graduates, adult students and reverse-transfer students who complete summer classes at JJC for transfer back to their home colleges/universities.

A wide variety of courses is offered for the summer sessions including English, math, biology, history, sociology, music and language classes, in addition to astronomy, business, and many more.

To view all the summer courses offered at JJC and to register, visit eResources. For more information about getting started at JJC, contact the admissions office at (815) 280-2493 or visit www.jjc.edu/admissions.
