All workshops and presentations will begin at 10 a.m., with others continuing throughout the day. Opening remarks are at 9:30 a.m.
Lunch will be provided to the first 100 guests who register for the fest at www.allenforce.org.
“This fest is what JJC’s Veterans Alliance club is all about,” said Jerry Zeborowski, JJC professor and Veterans Alliance adviser. “Our mission is to assist our vets through schooling and provide them with outside resources to assist them in seeking change in their life. Some may be looking for resources to address problems, and that’s what the Empowerment Fest is about – providing resources to those who need assistance.”
