JJC To Launch 2015 Farmers Market May 28

Joliet Junior College will open its third annual Farmers Market on Thursday, May 28, at 2 p.m. by the Greenhouse Facility on Main Campus, 1215 Houbolt Road in Joliet. The public is invited.

The 2015 Farmers Market will be open on Thursdays from May 28 to Sept. 17, 2 to 6 p.m.

To date, approximately 20 vendors have signed up to participate, and will be offering goods such as fresh produce, specialty baked goods, artisan cheeses, organic, grass-fed meats, prepared foods, gourmet caramel apples, gourmet candy and much more.
