Joliet Junior College’s fall semester may have already started, but there’s still a chance for new and returning students to register for late start classes. Both online and on-campus late start classes are available at many of JJC’s campuses and education centers, some of which are only four to eight weeks long. In addition to late start classes that are for credit, students can also register for non-credit lifelong learning classes that begin later this semester as well.
Some late start classes still available include (but are not limited to): Cultural Anthropology (ANTH 275), Medical Terminology (BIO 100), Elementary Statistics (MATH 128), General Psychology (PSYC 101), Computer Information Systems (CIS 122), and Microsoft Office (CIS 126).
Lifelong learning classes still open include (but not limited to) Conversational Sign Language I (LLC 1056), Heartsaver CPR (LLC 3637), and Pottery for Beginnings (LLC 4669).
Students can search for available classes by visiting www.jjc.edu/class-schedule. Returning students should register for classes via JJC’s eResources or they can call the Registration Office at 815-744-2200. New students should complete an application by contacting the Admissions office at 815 280-2493 or by visiting www.jjc.edu/admissions. Those who wish to register for lifelong learning classes do not need to complete an application, but can contact the Registration Office with questions.
The Admissions Office and Registration Office are located in the Campus Center on JJC’s Main Campus, 1215 Houbolt Road in Joliet.
