Unsalted butter-2 sticks
Sugar-1 and 1/8 cup
Sour cream-2 tablespoons
Baking Powder-1/2 teaspoon
Cake Flour, sifted-4 and 1/2¬†cups
Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add sour cream and mix. Scrape the bowl, then add flour and baking powder and mix again. Flatten and place in cooler, roll out and cut. bake at 350F degrees. Let cool, then start decorating!
