Candidacy Packets Available Now for Four JJC Trustee Positions in April 2017 Election

Community members who live in District 525 and wish to run for a JJC trustee position in next year’s election can now begin that process. Candidates for the office of Trustee of Joliet Junior College District 525 will be elected at the Consolidated Election held on April 4, 2017.

  • Two six-year Trustee terms are up for election
  • Two two-year Trustee terms to complete term vacancies are up for election.

Candidacy packets for prospective candidates are available now, having started September 20, 2016, on the JJC website at http://www.jjc.edu/board-of-trustees/bot-election/Pages/default.aspx, or can be downloaded through the State Board of Elections website at www.elections.il.gov.  Additionally, printed candidacy packets are available in room A-3107 on  the  Main Campus from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
